Webmaster Service Agreement

This service is geared toward commercial sites where I will be spending approx. 2-3 hours per week on your site performing maintenance. Here are some of the things I will do for you as a 'webmaster':

• Updating the wording
• Adding link partners
• Updating affiliate links • Moving page content around
• Replacing items that are "sold"
• Adding a monthly "special" to your site

This does not include major changes in your site, such as adding more webpages, adding a shopping cart or re-designing the entire look and feel of the site. This is just minimal changes to keep your site current with what is going on in your business. If you have any questions or concerns about this agreement, please e-mail me first before signing this contract.

PLEASE NOTE ...

It is very important that you understand that you must contact me often and provide any and all changes that you want done to your site. I don't make changes unless you authorize them. If you don't give me any changes to do, you are still obligated to pay the monthly fees until your contract expires.

3-MONTH MINIMUM CONTRACT REQUIRED ...

OPTION 1: Month-to-month @ $65.00 per month w/ 3-month commitment.
OPTION 2: 3 months advance payment (10% discount). Total = $175.50. You save $19.50.

After the 3 month period, you can either cancel your service or re-new your contract by submitting a new payment and signed contract.

During any period when you are not on either Option 1 or Option 2 of the "service plan", and you wish to have some editing done on your site, I charge an hourly fee of $45.00 per hour ... one hour minimum

I reserve the right to vary the terms of this contract from time to time, and such variations become effective immediately upon posting to this page. By continuing to use my services, you will be deemed to accept such variations.
